The same component edits a record and sends only what changed.

Notes
- Pass member to switch to edit mode. Save changes stays disabled until a value changes.
- onSubmit gets changed, so a PATCH sends only those keys.
- The schema drops the no-past-dates rule in edit mode, so older start dates still save.
- Removing the saved photo sets removeAvatar, which counts as a change.
- Leaving with unsaved changes asks first.
